Luma Health's Web-hook service experienced an outage from 4:25 until 4:31 pm PST on 09/22. This service is responsible for processing inbound messages from patients, unfortunately, messages received during that period won't be processed. We are investigating the root cause of the incident so we prevent it from happening in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your patients and staff.
