Due to a regression in the service which we use to determine which message vendor we use to deliver text messages to patients, filters were removed which allowed phone numbers owned by vendors Luma Health no longer uses to attempt in the delivery for all types of messages.
We anticipate this impacted about 1.1% of all message deliveries.
The incident was identified on Dec 6 16:11:00 and was identified to have originated on interruption of service which began on Nov 27 16:55:37. It was resolved at Dec 6 16:51:00.
We have identified any scheduled messaging is due to be delivered for future scheduled appointments and encounters and have scheduled them to be delivered between the hours of 10am and 1pm, account local timezone on Saturday, December 7th, 2019.
