Identified

One of our Redis databases reached capacity and needed to be expanded -- currently only the Activity Feed is being impacted, other components are functioning as expected. The database expansion is underway and we will update as soon as it completes and services come back online.

Investigating

We're experiencing an elevated level of errors on Luma Health and are currently looking into the issue. This is currently causing an inability for certain users to use https://next.lumahealth.io and https://patient.lumahealth.io and associated services.
